The service at showmetherental.com and app.showmetherental.com is operated by SHOW ME THE RENTAL LLC, Kentucky.

What the service is

A platform that helps landlords screen inquiries against their own objective criteria, book tours, and collect applications. Show Me The Rental is not a party to any lease, does not make rental decisions, and is not a consumer reporting agency.

Fair housing

Landlords using the service agree to screen only on objective criteria and to comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local law.

Everything else

Accounts, fees, acceptable use, liability, and dispute terms will appear here once reviewed by counsel.
